We accept returns on new items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you would like to return your stuff, please complete the form below. Bloom City will issue you a return authorization and label based on the information you provide. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges are unfortunately not supported. In these cases we recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement / exchange item.

If you bought from Amazon or any other retailer initiate a return per the policies and tools of the respective site you bought from. For instance, your Amazon account.
