The use rates for general growth are 2-4mL (0.5-1 tsp) per gallon in veg (when the plant is growing strong roots and leaves) and 3-5mL (0.5-1 tsp) per gallon when in bloom (when the plant is developing flowers or fruit). These use rates are meant to be applied with every watering.
If you want to water once weekly then you can increase that dosage to 10mL per gallon (2 tsp per gallon).
As a foliar spray, use 20-40mL per gallon (4-8 tsp per gallon) once weekly.
